




CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Ballet (Beginner–Advanced)
This ballet class provides structured training for dancers of all levels, from beginner through advanced. Classes focus on proper technique, alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, and musicality, with age- and level-appropriate instruction.
Dancers will work on classical ballet vocabulary at the barre and center, emphasizing control, coordination, and expressive movement. As dancers progress, class expectations increase to challenge technique, artistry, and performance quality.
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and is strongly encouraged for dancers looking to improve overall technique, discipline, and movement quality.
Breaking (Beginner–Advanced)
This class introduces and develops the foundations of breaking (breakdance) in a fun, supportive environment. Dancers will learn essential skills such as toprock, footwork, freezes, basic power concepts, musicality, and style, with instruction tailored to both beginners and dancers with some experience.
Classes focus on strength, coordination, rhythm, creativity, and freestyle development while encouraging individuality and confidence. Progressions are offered so dancers can safely build skills at their own pace while being challenged to grow.
KNK + (Beginner | Ages 5–12)
This class is designed to build dancers body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility. We use KNK boards, Resistance bands and yoga blocks as tools to assist our technical growth.
Floor Barre (Beginner | Ages 5–12)
This class is designed to help dancers build the necessary strength and mobility needed to enhance their ballet. This class is similar to doing ballet barre but on the floor while utilizing Pilates balls and yoga blocks.
Contemporary
Explore movement, creativity, and self-expression through contemporary dance. This class combines traditional modern & ballet techniques, floor work, Phrase work, and choreography to build strength, flexibility, musicality.
Improv
This class focuses on developing a dancer’s creativity, musicality, and movement quality through floorwork techniques and improvisation. Dancers will explore transitions to and from the floor, control, strength, flexibility, and fluid movement, while learning how to move safely and confidently at different levels.
Jazz
High - energy style that combines technique, rhythm, and expressive movement. Influenced by jazz music and rooted in African American dance traditions, it features sharp movements, turns, leaps, isolations, and dynamic choreography. In this class, dancers will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality while learning fun, upbeat combinations in a supportive environment.
Hip Hop (Beginner - Advanced | Ages 4.5 - 18)
This class introduces dancers to the foundations of hip hop movement and style in a fun, high-energy environment. Dancers will learn age-appropriate hip hop techniques, grooves, footwork, and combinations while developing musicality, coordination, and confidence.
Classes focus on rhythm, performance quality, freestyle exploration, and self-expression, encouraging dancers to find their own style while learning structured choreography. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, respect, and positive classroom energy.
